Michelle Noonan is going on her seventeenth year of teaching. She was born and raised in Florida. She went to Southern Adventist University in Tennessee and graduated with a B.A. in Elementary Education. She met her future husband, Scotland, during their first week at Southern. After graduation she got her first teaching job in Florida. After four years she moved to the Carolina Conference and worked there for eight years. She took a year off from teaching and moved to California with her husband to help his family. God brought them to the perfect place to look for jobs in the Northwest. Michelle accepted an invitation to teach at MVCS and moved to Sequim.
Michelle and her husband enjoy living in the Northwest. They love being between the ocean and the mountains and agree that this is the most beautiful place they have ever lived. They enjoy hiking, photography, board games, and visiting the amazing parks and attractions nearby. Michelle loves to read, write, collect flowers, and help out with the Praise Team at church. She is excited to see how God is leading the school and is happy to be a part of it!
